The EMOTA Members and partners have developed over the years a number of trustmarks and codes of best practice which are there to help you find the sound balance between quality, customer service and effectiveness. These initiatives are sometimes managed by industry bodies alone, sometimes in cooperation with governments and consumer groups and in some cases these are completely private commercial initiatives.
